Snake plant but also known as Saint George’s sword, mother-in-law’s tongue
People often talk about plants that have the ability to survive even though you don’t cares about them at all. Snake plant is effective at surviving, as it is basically impossible to kill it.
With it long stiff leaves that can reach more then 50 cm tall it’s a perfect plant for your home if you want to make it green. Sansevieria is among several plants picked by NASA for a study on plants that can can be used for air purification and to fight “sick building syndrome.” Sansevieria has shown the ability to remove formaldehyde and benzene from the air.

Scientific name (Latin): Dracaena trifasciata or Dracaena Sansevieria
How to take care of your Spider plant
Let the soil dry out between watering. to much water will kill the plant.
Low to bright indirect light.
Sandy soil. Soil with a lot of grit or perlite mixed in to it.
Don’t need to be repotted often or never. Repot Snake plants in the spring. and always use new fresh soil.
Flowers are rare.
